Getting Ready for 2020

by Kevin Okes on 09/13/20

What a year 2020 has been for everyone?  We've been extra busy preparing for this season.  Not only will we have great pumpkins and fun for the family, but we are working to make sure we are Covid 19 Safe.

We will have hand sanitizer stations around the farm.  Have posted signage for your safety.  We planted the pumpkins behind the barn and WON'T have pumpkin patch hayrides.  We will operate our wagon at limited capacity for a ride around the farm.

The only thing missing will be the corn box in the barn.  We will, however, be open almost all Thursday and Friday afternoon and possibly evenings.  We hope this can spread out the crowds and allow for social distancing.  Please check our website and Facebook pages often for updates.

Just like any other business we do our best, but we need your help.  Please wear a face mask when you can't social distance.  Please spread out and wash hands/sanitize often.

Since there will be no wagon to haul you and your pumpkins, we encourage you to bring a radio flyer wagon or something similar.  We have been searching for some to purchase but are having no luck.  As this week goes by we will update with photos of how things are looking.  As of today, we are just now getting ready to cut pumpkins off the vine.  BC of the wet summer we will only be cutting ripe ones and will have more to cut as time goes by.  Pretty exciting time of year here on the farm.
